Casa Florida is an ultra hip cocktail and tapas spot for Miami’s coolest and most creative folks. Compound Group were commissioned to mediate between Casa Florida and an international hotel chain throughout an acquisition process that would see Casa Florida be merged and rolled-out across capital cites.

The negotiations were highly nuanced and at times, difficult. Ultimately however, the transaction completed resulting in a synergistic merger that delighted customers, media, stakeholders, and the bottom line of the P&L.
Whilst awaiting the construction on their Little Havana site, Casa Florida held residencies at Miami’s finest hotels including Soho House, One Hotel and The Standard.
